Transistor

Today I learned about transistors. A transistor is a semi conducting device used to amplify and switch electronic signals and power.






A transistor allows a small amount of electrical current to control a much larger current. Visually you can categories transistors into two kind  small signal types for relatively low power applications then there are power transistors  which are for  high power jobs.
