The bean shooter man

Rufus Hussey grew up in Randolph County, North Carolina and was part of a poor farm family.   He's been deadly accurate with a slingshot since he was 13 because only his oldest brother was allowed to use a shotgun to hunt rabbits. In 1972, Rufus began selling and giving away being she just to preserve the dying art of making beanshooters. Rufus was well known is home county and saw his big break on the national scene when he was invited to appear on the tonight show starring Johnny Carson.

My slingshot is a lot different then the ones Rufus makes his are made out of dog wood that are in a natural Y shape my slingshot is made from plastic and bent pieces of metal.   My slingshot has a wrist guard because the bands are so strong that it would hurt your rist if you dont use it.
