Phase change
A phase change is when a state change into another the three conventional states are gas , liquid , and solid there are a few ways a phase change can happen in nature one way way is evaporation when water goes from a liquid to a gas then when it condenses on dust particles in the sky forming clouds then when the water gets to heavy it rains or snows so the water cycle is a good example of a phase change and also when water freezes and turns into s solid so that is my understanding of phase changes thank you for reading.

I think it is fantastic how liquid can change into solid or gas.
ReplyDeleteMay I challenge you a little? What is the name of a phase change when solid changes directly into gas without going through liquid stage first? Water can do that.
You are learning a lot!!!
I cheated a bit by looking it up but it is called sublimation thank you you gave me a reason to learn something new
